Cooking Directions
Microwave:
- Place the Frozen Kiing Chicken Tikka on a microwave-proof plate
- Cook on high heat for about 2 minutes.
Pan Fry:
- Heat up a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of oil.
- Sear the Frozen Kiing Chicken Tikka for 2 minutes and let them cook for another 1 minute.
Bake:
- Preheat the Oven to 200 Celcius.

- Place the baking pan and let them cook for 10-15 minutes on each side.
Grill:
