Cooking Directions
- Thawing: Remove the desired quantity of Frozen Vada from the packaging and allow them to thaw at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
- Frying: Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the thawed Frozen Vada to the pan, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Frying Process: Fry the Vada for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they turn golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Draining: Once cooked to perfection, use a slotted spoon to remove the fried Vada from the oil and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels. This will help absorb any excess oil.
