Cooking Directions
Steam:
- Pour water into your steamer and lightly oil it up.
- Pop those momos in and steam them for 3-5 minutes.
Air Fry:
- Preheat to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Air Fry for 4-5 minutes (as per your liking).
Pan Fry:
- Heat up a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of oil.
- Sear those momos for 2 minutes.
- Splash in 2 tablespoons of water, cover up, and let them cook for another 1 minute.
- Once that water vanishes, it’s ready to serve!
Deep Fry:
- Heat up some oil in a pan.
- Fry only the base until it’s golden brown. (2-3 minutes)
