  • 1/4 cup water
  • Spring roll wrappers (defrosted)

Steps:

Step 1: Marinate the chicken

Put all the ingredients, the soy sauce, rice wine, black pepper, and cornstarch in a big bowl and mix well. Add the ground chicken and mix it thoroughly. Marinate for 10 minutes, to be precise. This will let the chicken absorb the flavors.
