Delivery Policy
- For orders placed in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Ras Al Khaimah, we provide home delivery with a minimum order value of AED 100, and shipping charges of AED 10.
- Shipping is free for orders over AED 120.
Delivery Information
- Order before 5 PM for delivery within 2-3 days.
- We deliver all over UAE. The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct address while placing the order. We will deliver to the address given by the buyer while placing the order. Frozen Kiing will not be responsible for any loss of the product, if the address is incorrect.
- The buyer must be available to collect the order as per the communication with the sales/ delivery team.
- If the buyer is unable to pick the product at the scheduled time and address given on the order, Frozen Kiing may charge additional fee for the reschedule and delivery.
- Frozen Kiing is not responsible in any manner if circumstances beyond its reasonable control—such as force majeure, strikes, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, and natural disasters—have delayed or halted the provision of services. In any of these circumstances, the customer will not be compensated
