1. Steam

Grease streamer or idly maker with a little oil and steam 8-10 minutes

2. Pan Fry

Heat 2 tablespoon of oil on a non-stick pan, place momos and sear for 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover. Cook covered for 2 minutes. Once the water has evaporated, crisp up base & serve.

3. Air Fry

Preheat to 200 degrees and air fry for 8-10 minutes, Shake in between to ensure even cooking.

4. Deep Fry

Heat some oil in a pan, deep fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

Heat a non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon oil/butter. Add frozen kababs and sear for 2 minutes. Cook for an additional 1 minute, turning occasionally.

Heat the gravy in a pan on low to medium flame.

2. Stir & Serve

Stir well and serve hot with your favorite dish.

1. Keep Frozen

Keep frozen until ready to use.

2. Serve Chilled

Thaw slightly if required and serve chilled for best taste.
